Former HRC conduct and management arrangements

The Hampshire Roleplay Community used a Code of Conduct and a mixture of community management, moderation, safeguarding, activity and appeal arrangements. The Code was administered through bodies including Community Justice, moderation and session-related functions. It was a community conduct instrument, not an Act of a state legislature.

Councils and roleplay-government arrangements

Former HRC councils and roleplay-government structures performed managerial, community and roleplay functions at different times. Their use of governmental titles does not by itself establish constitutional continuity with the present Parliament.

Later 2025 overhaul material

Later HRC government-overhaul material used Assembly and parliamentary terminology and proposed or described a more formal governmental model. That material must be read according to what was actually implemented and must not be treated as proof that the present House of Commons and House of Lords already existed.

United Hampshire Parliament

The present Parliament is the legislative branch of the United Hampshire Realm, consisting of the House of Commons and House of Lords under the current constitutional settlement. Historic HRC conduct provisions are classified by function before anything is retained in legislation, administrative rules, professional standards, safeguarding procedure, platform rules or the archive.
