Maintains the formal record of proceedings and decisions of the House of Lords.
Supports legislative procedure, Bill text, amendments and legislative papers in the House of Lords.
Provides procedural and publication support for public Bills and amendments.
Supports scrutiny and parliamentary handling of statutory instruments and other delegated legislation.
Provides impartial research, briefing and information to Members of the Lords.
Produces the edited verbatim Official Report of Lords proceedings and relevant committee proceedings.
Preserves and makes available the parliamentary record and constitutional memory of Parliament.
